9/7-9/13/15

I think this is the best way for me to get my training results out to you. In one long week blog! I am making big strides and feel very competent and strong. My weaknesses are still with my snatch technique and my jerk technique. But I am trusting the process. The structure of the week is working PERFECTLY for me. I also really like the accessory work I am doing. I might end up with biceps after all!
