A. jerk recovery x 2 singles x 3 sets @ 85-100% of jerk
Worked up to 155. I had more in me but these are getting better each time I do them.
B. Snatch Balance + OHS; 1+1 x EMOM x 6 minutes @ 60-70%
85lbs - these are also starting to feel good.
C. hand over hand sled pull x 30 ft. x 5 sets, rest as needed bt. pulls
